Through the exploration of techniques, supports, themes, composition, drawing, color, touches and figures, of Gharbaoui&#8217;s creations, we will attempt to grasp this reconversion of the gaze that he indeed carried out, among other artists of his time (Melehi, Chebaa, Belkahia), by rehabilitating Moroccan memory in its secular pluralism then by questioning its fundamental paradigms: a methodological deconstruction of the aesthetic logocentrism of Western art to decolonize Moroccan and Arab plastic thought from an ambiguous visual heritage, shaped by time, theology, wars, colonization, the orientalism of two centuries, forgetting and ignorance, while being open to the plastic modernity underway in the world.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">R.
