Démarche
I like to start from basic, small, ordinary things. A clothespin, a sound, a memory, something simple that brings me back to real moments.
In my work, I use the clothespin as a central element. It’s something we all know, ordinary, but it carries a lot of meanings. For me, it’s a way to explore themes like connection, pressure, care and routine. I try to take this small object and give it a new voice, through painting, installation, and even printing techniques like gravure and serigraphie.
I get my inspiration from childhood memories. Sometimes from objects I see every day. I use brushstrokes, textures, and space to make them visible, poetic, and open for anyone to feel somthing through them.
Art, for me, is a way to collect these moments, small details, transform them, and let them breathe in a new form
