Unbeing : ceci n'est une fiction was directed as part of my university studies in audiovisual arts at the center of excellency in design and applied art in Ibn To fail University. The project grew from research into surrealism and the subconscious, seeking to visualize states of alienation and fragmented identity. Through performance, layered sound, and experimental editing, the work became both an academic exploration and a personal reflection. The story is about a psychiatric patient undergoes a lobotomy. Under anesthesia, he descends into a surreal hallucinatory journey where identity fractures, inner conflicts surface, and perception shifts between dream and disorientation.
