Anchored by her origins in the human massif, from the Riff mountains, born in Fez, Brought up between Casablanca Fez and Tangier. Ihssane discovers the values of a divided humanity, a set of conflicts that she is led to reconcile on the foundation of her creativity. Photographer, Cinematographer, Musician and Curious from an early age. In 2020 her artistic study and work was recognized nationally by Cadi Ayyad Marrakech University as a Professional Degree in Cinema, Audiovisual and Mediation, after a study-discovery experience of two years in the film Institute of Ouarzazate . As a Photography Expression, the absence of color gives way to black and white. An asceticism that returns to the quintessence of form and the beginning. She is currently working on a series of abstract photographs entitled 'Water’s Darkness’, a questioning of our relationship with water as a universal survival issue.

Here is a feeling of planting a memory with my images. A cosmic memory; a memory full of emotions where imagination and reality oscillate between life and death. I was born curious and to keep writing about History; human social life, climate changes, life with animals and Ancestors stories.
