Seller in a market in Sidi Yahya El Gharb, Mourad Fedouache, a young self-taught man, is overflowing with talent and ingenuity.
His photos amaze, provoke reflection and tell stories, such as those dealing with the problem of immigration or the precariousness suffered by ragpickers.
Mourad was the big winner of the Dream Artists competition on 2M TV in its 1st 2022 edition

My name is Mourad Fedouache, I was born in 2000. I am a Moroccan street photographer located exactly in Sidi Yahia El Gharb.
I have a high school diploma in physics and at the same time I study law at Ibn Tofail University. I started my journey in photography in 2017.
I first started by taking photos of the popular streets of “Douar Chanti”, the place where I grew up. I used my phone to document these moments. Then I found the art of photography as a way to express my feelings and the environment in which I live.
In 2019, I won the first competition launched by “Enel green power”. And I also won the “image marathon” competition launched by the national photography association in collaboration with (CDG). In 2020, I was selected by the Global Institute For Tomorrow for The One Hundred competition (100 faces, places and stories).
I was also selected for the opening exhibition of the National Museum of Photography in Rabat, Morocco.
In 2021, I participated in the show room of the presence of photography, then in 2022 I won the 1st edition on 2M tv of the Dream Artist competition
