Biography

Born in Fez in a family environment driven by the artisanal art of Zelij Beldi Mosaic. My childhood was marked by my regular presence in family workshops where I was, on the one hand, seduced by the desire and the emotion of drawing geometric shapes on shards of earthen tiles and on the other hand, attracted by the engraving of horses on copper plates and, in passing, daring to create designs on pieces of caftan fabric and glass, particularly window glass.

The passion for drawing possessed me and this desire to paint my paintings took shape over time. With a degree in industrial design and engineering, I merge the rational conceptual with the imaginary artistic for emotional and original creativity marked by colors and textures.
