The seed is the origin and first element from which everything springs. The painting's background shows fertile soil with natural components and elements at the top, and empty, unsuitable soil at the bottom, with a dry seed in the foreground outside the fertile soil and towards the non-fertile soil. In our contemporary reality, this means that man has been stripped of his original values and is heading for an unsuitable environment.
